"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried checking out a few times, but the payment kept failing for no clear reason. I double-checked my card info and even tried again because I figured maybe I’d typed something wrong, but it still didn’t go through. At that point I just gave up because I wasn’t going to keep wasting time on it

I ordered this while I was trying to get a few things taken care of before the weekend, so I didn’t open it right away. When I finally did, the box was badly smashed and it wasn’t even the item I ordered. Definitely frustrating

"Something feels a bit off when starting up"
It takes longer than I expected to boot up, and every now and then the taps feel a little delayed. It’s not terrible or unusable, but something just feels off, especially when I’m using it every day for my rides. Definitely more annoying than I’d like

"Handlebar controller was a letdown"
I was excited to try this handlebar controller, but it ended up being kind of disappointing. The response time feels laggy, and this is where it got annoying: sometimes I’d press a button and it just wouldn’t register at all. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot smoother and more reliable

"Setup was way more annoying than expected"
I bought this thinking the install would be simple, but simple it was not. The manual felt way too short, and the wiring steps were kind of confusing. I kept having to stop and look up videos, and even then, some of what they showed didn’t really match the stuff I had in the box. After a few hours of messing with it, I just gave up and booked someone to help. For the price, the setup should not be this much of a headache, I feel like.

"The firmware update took a bit longer..."
The firmware update took a bit longer than I expected, so I was a little unsure at first. But after it finished, the screen lag I’d been dealing with was noticeably better. For me, that made the wait worth it. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Actually Works Great in the Sun"
I was a little worried it would be hard to see outdoors, but I’m relieved after trying it. The screen is easy to read even in bright sun, and the touchscreen works just fine.

"Audio and mic are actually really good"
I mostly got this for taking calls and listening to music while I’m riding, and it’s been solid. The sound comes through clear enough, and the mic picks up my voice well even when there’s a bit of wind. I haven’t had any weird cutouts so far either. Whoever runs this clearly got the basics right, because I’m happy with it

"Arrived fine, just a bit slow"
I ordered from Chigee and everything showed up in good shape, so no real complaints there. Shipping just took longer than I expected, and the tracking was literally updating so slowly that I kept wondering what was going on. The box arrived fine though, so overall it was okay, just not the fastest delivery experience.

"Blind spot alerts are more hassle than help"
I really wanted to like this because the idea is great, but the blind spot detection has been unreliable. Sometimes it alerts way too late, and other times it goes off when there’s nothing there at all. I end up having to double-check everything myself anyway, which kind of defeats the purpose and adds extra work during the ride. For what it costs, I expected it to be a lot more dependable.

"Software Freezing Is Ridiculous"
The hardware itself seems fine, but the software has been really unstable for me. It freezes, disconnects, and sometimes doesn’t even load properly. I tried the updates, but they barely helped. it’s ridiculous when you just want the thing to work while you’re driving.

"Battery drains way too fast"
I still remember the first time I came back to it after it had been parked for a while and the battery was already low, such a frustrating feeling. The power management just doesn’t seem right, and it keeps draining even when I’m not using it. It makes me nervous leaving it parked for any length of time

"The camera is decent during…"
The camera is decent during the day, but once it gets dark the video gets kind of blurry. Recording works most of the time, but I’ve had a few clips either go missing or not save properly, which is annoying. I also tried reaching out about it and kept getting transferred around, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. It’s not terrible, but for the price I expected a little better. 3 stars from me.

"Why was ordering this much of a hassle?"
I tried ordering from chigee.com it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly for me, and the checkout process wasn’t exactly clear, especially when it came to the shipping info. I kept having to go back and double-check things because I wasn’t totally sure what was happening. Like, I’m just trying to place an order, not solve a puzzle. It did go through in the end, so there’s that, but the whole website flow could really use some work.

i mean, it felt kind of cheap right from the start, and after just a few weeks it already started cracking. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

"App keeps letting me down"
i mean, the hardware itself seems fine, but the app makes the whole thing so frustrating to use. It keeps dropping the connection to my device, then randomly makes me log back in like nothing happened. Some of the buttons don’t load properly either, and the updates haven’t really fixed anything for me. It’s just annoying at this point

I had a problem with my unit, and I’ll admit I put off contacting support for a bit because I was busy and didn’t feel like dealing with it. When I finally reached out, they got back to me quickly and walked me through the warranty process. It took a few days longer than I was hoping, though to be fair I probably wasn’t the fastest at checking my email either. In the end, they got it sorted out, so I’m happy enough with how it was handled

"Solid buy for the money"
I ordered from Chigee and overall I’m happy with it. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option I found, but it feels well made and does what I need it to do, so the price seems fair. Shipping was fine too, no major issues. For the practical value and quality so far, I’d give it 4 stars.

"CarPlay keeps cutting out and no one takes responsibility"
CarPlay and Android Auto keep dropping connection pretty much every time I drive. I’ve tried different cables, resets, and all the usual suggestions, but nothing seems to fix it. For what this car costs, it’s really frustrating. What makes it worse is that no one seems to take ownership of the issue, the dealer points one way, support points another, and I’m left dealing with it
